All online Shottenkirk ticket orders must be paid for using a credit or debit card. We cannot take a check for the online Shottenkirk tickets. To purchase tickets via check or cash please reach out to one of our marching band/ Winter Guard / Indoor Drumline students directly.
Each $5 raffle ticket enters you in a drawing to win a brand-new Jeep Wrangler. All proceeds from the sale of the tickets sold by the WHS band go directly to the band program. Tickets purchased online will be filled out, then images of those tickets will be emailed to the purchaser.
Thank you so much for your support. The drawing will be held March 22, 2025.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase. You do not have to be present at the drawing to win. If you are not local, transport of the vehicle from Canton, GA will be your responsibility.
If you are purchasing tickets in support of a particular student in our Marching Band or Winter Guard or Indoor Drumline program, please select their name.
We greatly appreciate any donation you'd like to make in addition to your Shottenkirk raffle ticket purchase. All donations to the Woodstock Band program are tax deductible. If you would like a receipt for your donation for tax purposes (not ticket purchase, but additional donation), please email treasurer@thebandatwhs.com.
Donating to the scholarship fund allows students whose families cannot pay their season fees due to financial hardships to participate in our program.
Donating to the Band General Fund allows us to purchase equipment, instruments, uniforms, attend competitions, purchase music and rights to music, and much more.
The success of our Marching Wolverine Band program depends greatly on the continued support from loyal alumni, friends and community supporters who recognize the value of the Marching Band experience and are essential to the program's success. Established in 2009, our F.A.N.S. Program (Financial Aid for Needy Students) is our scholarship program which enables many students who would not otherwise be able to march the opportunity to participate. It is dedicated to the ongoing improvement and strengthening of the band program. Our goal is to NEVER deny a student the opportunity to march due to financial issues.
If you would like to donate to the scholarship fund, please enter any amount below. Thank you for your dedication to the music program at Woodstock High School.
All Donations to the Band are tax deductible. Please email treasurer@thebandatwhs.com for a tax receipt.
By participating in our marching band, students develop crucial skills such as discipline, time management, and teamwork. They have the opportunity to boost their self-confidence, grow as musicians and performers, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the arts. In addition, involvement in the band promotes improved physical fitness and overall health, while also fostering strong bonds with peers and creating lasting memories through shared experiences like performances and competitions. As a band program we have many expenses each season such as uniforms, competition fees, transportation to events, color guard equipment, instruments, sheet music, copyrights to music used each season, props for our marching band shows, and more. We thank you so much or supporting our band! If you prefer to donate by Venmo, our Venmo username is @WoodstockBandBoosters. We'd love to see you at one of our shows at a home football game or one of our competitions! Our theme this year is Beetlejuice and it is going to be amazing! Follow us on Instagram @woodstockbands or https://www.facebook.com/WoodstockWolverineBandParents for updates on competition dates and locations.
