Season dues for Color Guard are $800 total. The first payment ($300) is due May 9, Payment #2 ($300) is due June 13, and Payment #3 ($200) is due July 11. There is an additional $100 meal plan (optional) for the season and is highly recommended as this will cover food for all of our away games and competitions. Color Guard students must also purchase matching warm ups for the season (price TBD). The meal plan payment is due July 25. As with other high school sports, parents will be required to volunteer and also participate in fundraising. An alternate payment schedule can be set up with the treasurer if the family needs this for financial hardship. Financial assistance is also available by application only for families who cannot pay the entire amount due to hardship. Resources are limited for this, and financial assistance applications must be completed by May 2, 2025. The application will be online and the link will be in the packet students receive at auditions.
All students will receive an information packet at auditions with everything they will need to know for the season. If you have questions before signing up, please email treasurer@thebandatwhs.com.
Please enter an emergency contact phone for a parent or someone else who can be reached during the clinic/auditions.
I understand that, in order to participate in the Color Guard, just as all sports at WHS require, I must have an up-to-date (dated no less than one year ago) physical form in Rank One. Otherwise, I will not be able to participate. (Instructions can be found on the band website at https://thebandatwhs.membershiptoolkit.com/rankone.)
