Thank you so much for supporting our Winter Guard program!
In order to pay for the equipment, uniforms, and music arrangements we need for our season, we would like each member to locate a financial “sponsor” for the season. The sponsor may choose one the package options listed below or can donate any amount. Donations above $150 will receive acknowledgements outlined below. The more we can receive from sponsorships, the fewer fundraising events we will need to have.
● Silver Package - $150 donation
* Sponsor’s logo/name will be featured on the Winter Guard banner, which will
hang in the gym throughout the season. (Logo and donation must be received by February 10 to be on banner).
● Gold Package - $250 donation
* Sponsor's logo/name will be featured in a sponsor section of our band website until May 2026. (https://thebandatwhs.membershiptoolkit.com/)
* Sponsor’s logo/name will be featured on the Winter Guard banner, which will hang in the gym throughout the season. (Logo must be received by Feb 10).
● Platinum Package - $500 (or more) donation
* Sponsor’s logo/name will be featured on the Winter Guard banner, which will
hang in the gym throughout the season. Logo must be received by Feb 10.
* Sponsor's logo/name will be featured in a sponsor section of our band website until May 2026. (https://thebandatwhs.membershiptoolkit.com/)
*An ad included in the band’s weekly newsletter that
reaches over 200+ families plus a shout-out on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Sponsors may support more than one member and a separate form will be needed for each sponsorship.
You can pay online, but if you choose to pay by check, all checks should be made out to WWBB (Woodstock Wolverine Band Boosters).

Your donation will help us buy the equipment we need this season, attend local competitions throughout the season as well as to attend our SAPA (Southern Association for Performance Arts) Championships in Chattanooga, Tennessee in March 2026. We thank you so much for your generosity. This program means so much to our Winter Guard students. They grow as athletes, dancers, and performers while learning a strong work ethic and creating lifelong friendships. We are all very grateful you have chosen to support our group!
